Cost
Payments are broken into 3 parts(only the fitting fee is due during this event):
1. Fitting - $100 flat fee
2. Selection of Grill - Varies based on number of teeth and style, ranges from $200-$700 per tooth
3. Dental Insert - $150 flat fee
