Refund policy

At Chapman's Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@chapmansjewelry.com and provide us with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange your item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that show signs of wear or damage.

Please note that we do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns or exchanges. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you are exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for the new cost of shipping the item. If the new item costs more than the original item, we will contact you to process the additional payment. If the new item costs less than the original item, we will issue a refund for the difference to the original payment method.
