Everything starts with a conversation. We'll sit down with you — virtually or in person — to understand your vision, your budget, your timeline, and what the piece means to you. Bring inspiration photos, sketches, or just ideas. There are no wrong answers at this stage and there's no cost or obligation to move forward.

Complimentary

Design & Proposal

Based on your consultation, our team develops a design concept and presents it to you with full details — metal type, stone specifications, dimensions, and a clear price quote. We walk you through every element and answer every question. Nothing moves forward until you love what you see.

Approval & Creation

Once you approve the design and quote, we begin crafting your piece. Our production timeline varies depending on the complexity of the design — we'll give you a clear timeline estimate upfront and keep you updated throughout. Every piece is handcrafted with the same care and attention Eli Chapman brought to this business over 60 years ago.

Final Reveal

When your piece is complete, we invite you in for a final reveal — or ship it to you securely if you're outside of Detroit. We won't send it until it's perfect. This is our favorite part. And we think it'll be yours too.

We encourage you to take your time during the design review stage — that's specifically why we have it. Once production begins, major changes may affect the timeline and price. Minor adjustments can sometimes be accommodated depending on where we are in the process. We'll always be upfront with you.

Yes. For clients outside of Detroit, we offer secure insured shipping once your piece is complete and approved. We work with clients across the country and take every precaution to make sure your piece arrives safely.
