Online Return Policy 
 
Products you cannot return. Orders for products that have been personalized in any way or otherwise made for you with bespoke specifications cannot be canceled and such products cannot be returned to us for exchange or refund. This includes, without limitation, products that have been engraved, sized, or otherwise customized. 
 
Returnable Products. Orders for in stock items can be cancelled or returned for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in unused, unworn, and in new condition to be eligible for refund, this includes any boxes, tags or labels. We reserve the right to refuse any item we deem to be ineligible for a refund based on the Online Return Policy. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Refund shall be sent using the same method of payment at the time of the original purchase. Refunds can take 5-7 business days to process.
